We are capable to manufacture all signal lights for vehicles:

There are no limits for overall dimensions of radiators and heaters made by soft soldering technology SCHAUSSON company license.
Maximum overall dimensions of aluminum radiators and heaters made by VALEO THERMIQUE company license is: 760 mm x 500 mm.

We have 67 machines for processing of plastic by injection molding. We are capable to produce parts from 1g to 11.700g .

4. Steering wheels
We have two technologies for production of steering wheels:
| injection molding of thermoplastic (hard steering wheel) |

maximum overall dimension of steering wheel is ř 450 x 120 mm.
Applied materials: integrated PUR foam, polypropylene, aceto-celluloze butyrat.
Equipment: foaming devices CANNON i HENECKE.

5. Under column switch
We have technology by CAVIS - Italy firm license
Equipment: assembly line CAVIS and other standard equipment (presses, injection molding machines...)

6. Central electric block
We have technology by HELLA - Germany firm licence
Equipment: assembly line HELLA and other standard equipment (injection molding machines, presses, hot timing device HECK..)

7. Production of bumpers
We have technology for bumper production by injection molding of thermoplastic. We have machine for injection molding of bumper by IDRA - Italy firm, max part weight 11.700 g.

Tools are manufactured by HASCO standards, using top quality materials and with applied CAD/CAM technology in the stages of projecting and manufacture of tools guarantees a high quality and long term exploitation.
We are also capable for design and manufacture of tools for metalwork by deformation:
