There are two element groups of tools that we manufacture in
our TOOL FACTORY: tools for injection molding and tools for metalwork by
deformation.
Group of tools for injection molding consist of:

 Know-how
and experience in processing of plastic, and high demands that are set in
automotive industry, make us capable to manufacture tools according to
modern trends in this area. The factory manufacture, by our own design the
classic tools and tools with slides and slanting guides, and we are capable
to design and manufacture following types of tools:
tools with hot chamber and hot jets, according to technical
demand
tools with two or more openings,
tools with two ejector system,
tools for parts with inside thread,
tools with sliders powered by hydraulic cylinders,
tools for polyurethane foaming,
tools for injection molding of DMC.
Tools are manufactured according to HASCO standards, using
top quality materials, by procedures of standards
JUS ISO 9001. The application
of integrated CAD/CAM technology in the stages of projecting and manufacture
of tools guarantees a high quality and long term exploitation.

Today, our target is manufacture of tools for blow
molding . Advantages of our CAD/CAM system is particularly shown in this
area, due to speed of manufacturing, and also in product design, meeting
all customer requirements.
Group of tools for metalwork by deforming consist of:
tools for punching, notching...,
tools for bending,
tools for deep drawing.
Besides mentioned basic
operations of sheet metal processing, we are capable for design and
manufacturing of various combined tools for punching and notching with
bending, punching with deep drawing, etc. Combined processes are performed
in special tools with simultaneous operations..
 
Based on know-how and experience from our own
production, our engineers design and manufacture tools for connecting
parts by deforming:
riveting,
forging,
etc.
Besides tools for sheet metal production by
deformation, we are capable for design and manufacture of tools for pipe
deformation, such as:
design and manufacture of tools for high productive
automats such as BIHLER (GRM 50), FINZER (ZUB 220), RASTER i BRUDERER.
Maximal overall dimensions of tools that can be produced on home location
is 800x800 mm.
Production capacity of tool factory is 120.000 machine
hours per year.
